1. The service
MIPLES lets you create a Place, share its link, and receive notes from visitors. You can leave a note without signing in. Google sign-in lets you link a Place to your account and access it from another device.
2. Accounts and Place access
You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and any Place ownership token stored on your device. A person with a valid ownership token may manage a Place until it is linked to an account. Do not share an ownership token. Let us know if you believe someone has accessed your Place without permission.
3. Content and visibility
You are responsible for the notes, photos, names, and links you submit, and you must have the right to share them. You retain your rights in your content. You grant MIPLES permission to store, display, and process it only as needed to provide the service. A Place owner can view and delete notes and may make them public. Once public, other visitors may see and copy them. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with the Place owner.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use MIPLES to harass others; post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; expose another person's private information without permission; or interfere with the service or other users. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably needed to address abuse, legal requests, or security issues.
5. External links
Notes can contain links to third-party sites. MIPLES does not control those sites or their content. Review a link before opening it, especially if it was left by someone you do not know.
6. Changes and availability
We may change, pause, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service, respond to security issues, or meet legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. The service may sometimes be unavailable.
7. Responsibility
We provide MIPLES with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that user-submitted content is accurate or safe. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
